Minimum Traveller Requirement
Each Bamilor group trip requires a minimum of 6 confirmed travellers to proceed.
Because our trips are intentionally small and curated, this ensures that:
Every experience remains intimate and personal
The trip maintains the highest service standards
Logistics, accommodation, and activities are optimally coordinated
If the minimum group size is not reached by the booking deadline, your booking is fully protected (see options below).
Booking Deadline & Early Planning
Bookings typically close 8 weeks before departure.
To maintain a premium and seamless experience, we recommend booking early to secure your spot.
If the minimum group number is not achieved by the booking deadline, you may choose from the following fully protected options:
✔ A full refund of all payments made
✔ Transfer your booking to another Bamilor group trip
✔ Convert your booking into a customised private trip, tailored exclusively for you

Visa & Entry Requirements
Some destinations (e.g., Schengen countries) require a valid visa depending on your passport.

Visa approval is the traveller’s responsibility
Bamilor provides detailed guidance, timelines, and checklists
Bamilor does not apply on your behalf and cannot guarantee visa outcomes
Once the minimum group size is confirmed, all travellers receive:

This ensures you have full support while maintaining compliance with embassy requirements.
Payment Timeline
To preserve the luxury standard of your group experience, full payment is generally required at least 6 weeks before departure.
Trip-specific payment schedules, deposits, and inclusions are clearly listed on each individual trip page.
Note: Payment methods, including PayPal Pay Later, do not affect Bamilor booking terms. Agreements with PayPal are separate from Bamilor, and all standard deposit, cancellation, and refund policies remain fully applicable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our premium cancellation and refund policies are designed to provide flexibility and security:
Before Minimum Group Confirmation
You may cancel at any time for a full refund or transfer your booking to another trip.
After Minimum Group Confirmation
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of total trip cost
Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: non-refundable
Exceptional Circumstances
Bamilor reserves the right to offer rescheduling options in case of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions)
All travellers are encouraged to hold travel insurance covering trip cancellations and interruptions
